Structure and Working Principle

Main parts of GZV and GZVK series electromagnetic vibrating feeders:

As showed on the picture,GZV and GZVK series electromagnetic vibration feeder is conposeed of feeding trough, the elastic system, armature, electromagnet, engine base and damping spring.etc.

Trough and trough connected armature form quality m1,engine base and core, coil quality compose of m2 . M1 and m2 are connected with plate spring connected. And make the system's inherent frequency W and the forced vibration frequency W tuning, that is:

Z = ω/ω₀ = 0.9 ~ 0.95

Therefore the system forms a double particle resonance system.
Single phase alternating current (ac) after silicon-controlled rectifier half-wave rectifier power supply to the solenoid coil.After the line get through,there will be voltage adding to the coil on the positive half cycle.Pulse electromagnetic force produced between the core and the armature.Iron core and armature do relative motion.then elastic system store energy.In the negative half cycle, elastic system release energy, and The iron core and armature do opposite movement. Thus double particles do Reciprocating vibration in the frequency of AC.Because there is a 20 degree angle between chute bottom and excitation force thread of magnet. So the material do continuous leap forward movement as a parabola. And the materials finishes throwing up and down in 1/50 second. So the materials looks like continuously move evenly.

GZV series and GZVK series micro electromagnetic vibration feeder are equipped with XKZV - Ⅱ and XKZ - 5 g2 type electric cabinet, and with the power switch, flow control knob, rectifier and indicating current change milliammeter, and there are some jacks for automatic control on the tope of the box.According to the needs of users, the electric cabinet can be made into two type:wall hung or the total control of the feeding machine screen.
